Hseq Manager

🚨 NEW OPPORTUNITY | GROUP HSEQ MANAGER | £75,000+ PACKAGE + Car | Hybrid Working I'm currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Group HSEQ Manager to join a well-established, family-owned UK manufacturing and engineering business with a long-standing reputation and operations across multiple UK sites. This is a newly created senior role offering genuine autonomy and the opportunity to shape HSEQ strategy, culture and performance across the wider group. 🏭 The Role Reporting directly to the Technical Director, you'll take ownership of the Group's Health, Safety, Environment & Quality function, working across multiple manufacturing sites and leading a team of QA professionals. You'll be responsible for:

• Leading Group HSEQ performance and strategy
• Managing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certifications
• Leading internal and external audit programmes
• Managing and developing the QA team
• Driving incident investigation and continuous improvement
• Maintaining key industry accreditations
• Developing a consistent, proactive HSEQ culture across the business
• Working closely with senior leadership across multiple sites 💰 What's on offer?
• Salary/package up to £75,000+

• 2 days WFH per week with three days per week (min) at the client side (based at Essex/Hertfordshire border).

• Regular UK site travel 👤 What are they looking for? Ideally, you'll have:
• 5+ years' HSEQ management experience
• Experience leading HSEQ teams and driving organisational improvement
• A background in manufacturing, engineering or project-based environments
• NEBOSH – essential
• NEBOSH Diploma – desirable
• ISO 9001 / Lead Auditor experience or equivalent
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
