THE ROLE: Join Capaciteam to work with a leading client in London, where your expertise will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional IT support and enablement. You'll leverage your technical skills and problem-solving abilities to enhance systems, provide top-notch user support, and drive continuous improvements. Required:

• 1+ years of experience working as IT support or in a similar role
• Knowledge in SaaS platforms such as OneLogin, Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
• Supporting MacOS-based systems.
• Strong English communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to manage and prioritize workloads independently.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical Support & Integrations:
• Maintain and optimize IT systems and end-user devices (EUDs) to ensure peak performance and functionality.
• Understanding of SaaS solutions and integrations, ensuring seamless operation by provisioning and deprovisioning user access to platforms like OneLogin, Slack, Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, and JAMF Pro.
• Provide 1st level support, resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Improve IT processes and tools, boosting productivity and efficiency. Process Enablement & Automation:
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate daily tasks for users and the IT team.
• Create and maintain thorough documentation of processes, solutions, and troubleshooting guides.
• Analyze technology issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address technology needs.
• Enhance automation, security, and processes across IT functions.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes while coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
