Technical Delivery Manager

Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager Job Location: – London/Swindon, UK/ Hybrid Job Type: FTE Looking for a Technical Delivery Manager with Fintech experience. This is NOT a security lead role. lead and coordinate cross functional teams (PM, BM, DevOps, Risk & regulatory teams, etc) Responsibilities: detailed delivery plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and key deliverables. Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with strategic business goals. Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and steering committee meetings. Remove roadblocks, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across technical and business teams. Document processes and decisions for auditability and traceability. GRC Knowledge: Integrate regulatory requirements (PCI DSS, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, PSD2, SOX, etc.) into project plans and delivery workflows. Work closely with Risk, Audit, Legal, and Compliance teams to prepare for and pass technology audits and certifications.
