Manufacturing Lead

We're supporting a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in the search for a MS&T Lead to provide technical leadership across manufacturing, process optimisation, validation, and technology transfer activities. This role is a key member of the site leadership team, responsible for driving operational excellence, process robustness, and continuous improvement across a commercial product portfolio. This position is full-time, onsite and open to relocators. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) activities including technology transfers, product industrialisation, validation, and manufacturing optimisation projects.
• Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting, process improvements, equipment evaluation, and operational support within a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Manage and develop a site-based MS&T team while driving continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and supply chain teams. Requirements:
• Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience within pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or related manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, scale-up, technology transfer, and process development.
