Site Engineer

Job duties:

• Ensure solid working relationships as one project team to deliver planned works.
• Plan the delivery of your work package using the necessary resource and skills, within the agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality safely.
• Instil a strong safety culture and take personal responsibility through strong visible leadership
• Drive yourself and others to comply with all business policies, procedures and governance
• Lead on developing a safe high performance team
• Talk positively and listen actively across the business
• Support tender process as required
• Ensure accurate record keeping is maintained and change is controlled and documented
• Day to Day control regarding Setting to work of Subcontractors as the allocated Temporary Works Supervisor
• Day to Day control regarding Setting to work of Direct Labour Essential Requirements:
• Industry experience within construction
• Strong relationship management
• Ability to work across conflicting interest groups to develop solutions
• Driving Licence
• Willingness to travel
• Capable of documenting / managing change / Accurate recording of information
• Visible on site and driven to deliver right first time safely
• Previous Site Engineer experience 5+years
• Strong Communication skills
