Brand Manager, The Real Flower Company and LORE
- Location: our flower farm near Alresford, Hampshire, with regular days at our London shops and events
- Salary: £33,000 to 38,000 depending on experience
- Hours: full-time, permanent
- Start: January 2027 About us The Real Flower Company was started in 1995 by Rosebie Morton in a walled garden on our family farm in Hampshire, because she was fed up that the trade had bred the scent out of roses so they would last longer in a bucket. We now grow around 500 varieties of scented roses, flowers and foliage, and the farm is carbon negative. We sell online, through our two London shops in Fulham and Hampstead Heath, at the London farmers' markets and Covent Garden, and through partnership customers including Selfridges, and we look after corporate and client flowers for some well known businesses. LORE is our seasonal flower subscription, which launched in 2026 and sends a box of cut stems each month, picked at the rhythm of the season. We are a team of around 20, which means you will see the difference your work makes very quickly. The role We are looking for a Brand Manager to look after everywhere The Real Flower Company and LORE appear visually, from the website and emails to social media, events, brand partnerships and the shops. This is a hands-on role for someone who shoots and edits their own work. You will be out in the fields at first light, in our London shops and at partner venues, and you will turn what we do into photography, film and social content that people want to look at. You will report to our Managing Director, who sets the strategy with you, and you will work closely with our sales team, our florists and our digital agency, who run our paid ads, email automation and website build. What you will do
- Shoot photography and video at the farm, in our shops, at events and at partner sites, through every season.
- Produce product photography for everything on our website and keep it consistent and up to date.
- Edit short-form video for Instagram and TikTok, and longer pieces for YouTube.
- Run our Instagram and TikTok accounts, including planning, posting, captions and replying to comments.
- Design our email campaigns and all website imagery and banners, briefing our digital agency on the build.
- Create and refresh the creative for our Meta and Google ads.
- Plan content for our peak seasons (Valentine's, Mother's Day and Christmas) and for each monthly LORE drop.
- Bring our brand partnerships, pop-ups and installations to life visually, then turn each one into a case study and content.
- Design presentations and proposals for corporate and department store clients.
- Look after our brand guidelines, print work, shop displays and event materials.
- Work with creators and influencers on gifting and collaborations. What we are looking for You will need:
- A portfolio that shows strong photography and video, including product work and content made for social.
- A track record of running or growing a brand's Instagram or TikTok, with examples of posts that performed well and an understanding of why.
- At least three years in a brand, content or creative role, in house or at an agency.
- Confidence with your own camera kit and with editing in Lightroom, Photoshop and Premiere or similar.
- Design skills for email, web and print, in tools such as Figma, InDesign or Canva.
- Good writing, so that captions and email copy sound like us.
- An eye for detail, and the organisation to keep a busy calendar on track without being chased.
- A driving licence, and the ability to get to the farm near Alresford and to London regularly.
- Flexibility around early starts for good light and busy peak seasons, with time given back in the quieter months. It would be good to have:
- Experience with Klaviyo, Magento or other ecommerce platforms.
- Experience with luxury, food, interiors, gardening or lifestyle brands.
- A love of flowers, or at least a real interest in where things come from. How to apply Please send your CV, a link to your portfolio, a link to any brand Instagram or TikTok account you have run or contributed to, and a short note about why this role appeals to you, including one piece of work you are proudest of and why. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the farm for an interview, followed by a short paid shoot and a content plan as the final stage. Send to: info@realflowers.co.uk
- Applications close on November 1st 2026
