Looking for a technical delivery manager with fintech experience. This is NOT a security lead role. lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (PM, BM, DevOps, risk & regulatory teams, etc.) Responsibilities:
- detailed delivery plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and key deliverables.
- Collaborate with product owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with strategic business goals.
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and steering committee meetings.
- Remove roadblocks, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across technical and business teams.
- Document processes and decisions for auditability and traceability. GRC Knowledge:
- Integrate regulatory requirements (PCI DSS, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, PSD2, SOX, etc.) into project plans and delivery workflows.
- Work closely with Risk, Audit, Legal, and Compliance teams to prepare for and pass technology audits and certifications.
