Program Manager - Premium Support and Experience - #26 - 00217

Duration: 12 months contract Pay Range: 37 – 40 GBP /hour Via PAYE inside IR35 Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive premium customer support and operations programs within a fast-paced technology environment. The role will focus on improving support experiences, resolving operational challenges, managing cross-functional programs, and identifying opportunities for AI and automation. Roles & Responsibilities

• Own and deliver cross-functional programs from planning through execution.
• Drive improvements across customer/premium support and operational processes.
• Identify and resolve operational, workflow, and tooling issues by partnering with Product, Engineering and Operations.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, risks and timelines simultaneously.
• Track KPIs, data and program performance and provide stakeholder updates.
• Identify opportunities to implement AI, automation and scalable support solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance and Trust & Safety.
• Support time-sensitive or high-risk operational events when required. Must-Have Skills
