Role Overview We are looking for a Technology Lead with strong hands-on experience in AWS Cloud, Python and backend development, with expertise across AWS serverless services, APIs and CI/CD. Must-Have Skills
- AWS Cloud + Python
- AWS Lambda
- DynamoDB
- Amazon RDS
- AWS AppSync
- RESTful APIs / GraphQL
- Django / Python Frameworks
- GitLab Cloud CI/CD Pipelines
- TDD & Pair Programming
- Agile Development Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery across AWS and Python-based solutions
- Design and develop backend applications using Python/Django
- Work with Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS and AppSync
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services
- Follow engineering best practices including TDD and pair programming
- Support design, documentation and transition activities
- Work effectively within Agile delivery teams
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide strong problem-solving support Additional Skills
- Strong verbal communication
- Good problem-solving skills
- Sound understanding of SDLC and delivery methodologies
- Strong team collaboration
