We're looking for talented Junior Sous and Sous Chefs to join the team at one of London's most highly regarded and successful gastropubs- a seriously busy kitchen with an outstanding reputation for British cooking, exceptional produce and quality. This is proper, ingredient-led cooking at a very high level, within an energetic gastropub environment. You'll be working with top-quality seasonal British produce, alongside an experienced brigade where standards are high and services are fast-paced. We're looking for chefs who:

• Are currently Junior Sous / Sous level, or strong Senior CDPs ready to step up
• Come from a quality restaurant, Michelin, fine-dining or leading gastropub background
• Have strong technical foundations and genuinely care about produce
• Thrive in busy, high-volume services
• Are confident leading sections and supporting junior chefs
