We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor (NQ+) to join a well-established and reputable firm in Lanarkshire. This role provides the chance to work closely with an experienced Partner and a dedicated support team, focusing on delivering high-quality legal services in private client matters.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Handle a varied caseload involving Wills, Powers of Attorney, Executries, and Estate administration.
• Provide expert legal advice and services to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
• Work closely with administrative and secretarial staff to ensure efficient case management and client communication.
• Participate in the development and growth of the private client department.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A Scottish Qualified Solicitor.
• Strong experience in handling Wills, Powers of Attorney, Executries, and Estate administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Desire to contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
