We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team. This role involves providing support in EYFS as well as overseeing activities in the breakfast and after-school clubs. Day-to-day of the role:

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of daily activities within the Early Years
• Support the lead teacher in managing the classroom and ensuring a safe, engaging learning environment.
• Help with the setup and supervision of the breakfast and after-school clubs, ensuring a nurturing atmosphere for all children.
• Engage with children in various educational and recreational activities.
• Monitor and support the children's progress and behavior.
• Assist with the planning and execution of a diverse range of activities that cater to different interests and developmental needs.
• Maintain clear communication with parents, teachers, and staff regarding children's activities and progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in a teaching assistant role or similar.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to working with children
