IT Change Coordinator

What you'll do

• Coordinate deployment, rollout, and change schedules across multiple projects
• Plan and manage change windows, cutovers, and implementation activities
• Maintain change calendars, action logs, and deployment plans
• Ensure change activities are communicated effectively to all stakeholders
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and key milestones
• Support governance processes, approvals, and change control requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular progress reporting
• Work with Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of change activities What to bring
• Proven experience in PMO, project coordination, change coordination, or deployment management
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and competing priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools
• Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and functions
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment
