Software Engineering Manager - Salary £70 - 80K p.a Software Development Team Manager IT Manager Software Manager : The Software Engineering Manage will be responsible for managing the Software Development Team which may also include elements of the Company's Software Systems and cyber security in line with relevant frameworks, as well as providing technical support across the business. Operating at Executive level you will be tasked with managing a team of Software Developers, support and software development functions. Leading a small team of Software Developers, a key objective of the role will be to lead and maintain the Company's Security and Software Systems. Software Systems and Support

• Manage, maintain and continually improve the Company's Software Systems and products.
• Monitor and support network performance, security, reliability and resilience. Candidate Criteria: BSc Computer Science .net C# Visual Studio SQL Database administration / queries, and Visual C# or VB.Net. You should be an experienced IT Manager with several years experience in an IT Manager, Infrastructure Manager, Network Manager or similar role Desirable BSc - Computer Science In depth Software Development skills (.net, C# Full Stack, Visula Studio)
• Microsoft certifications
• Cyber Essentials Assessor knowledge Software Programming and/or Management
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and Azure environments
