Barnardo's

Regional Manager, The Co-op Group Barnardo's is looking for an energetic, relationship-focused and commercially aware Regional Manager to help deliver one of our most important corporate partnerships — our UK-wide partnership with The Co-op Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile, multi-channel partnership that engages colleagues, customers and suppliers across the UK. Working as part of Barnardo's Corporate Partnerships team, you will help deliver regional fundraising activity, drive employee engagement, build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the partnership. You will be a key point of contact for Co-op colleagues in your region, providing excellent stewardship, identifying opportunities to grow income and profile, and ensuring partnership activity reflects Barnardo's values and brand. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver agreed plans, fundraising targets and engagement outcomes, while helping create a positive and inspiring supporter experience. We are looking for someone with experience in corporate fundraising, account management, sales, marketing or a similarly target-driven environment, who knows how to build strong relationships and deliver results. You will need to be confident engaging with a wide range of people, both remotely and in person, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. A creative mindset, strong communication skills and a data-led approach to fundraising and stewardship will all be important in this role. This role would suit someone who enjoys being outward-facing, spotting opportunities, turning ideas into action and working collaboratively to deliver impact. It is also a role for someone who values excellent account management, strong organisation and high standards of supporter care. The role involves travel across the UK, including some evening work and overnight stays, so flexibility is important. Up to 3 years, minimum of 12 months (due to funding) Please note due to the high volume of applications for some posts, this advert might close before the displayed closing date. We recommend that you apply for this role as soon as possible
