Financial Analyst

The Role The successful candidate will support a wide range of financial, analytical and strategic activities across the business. Key responsibilities will include:

• Financial analysis and reporting to support business performance and strategic decision-making
• Building and maintaining financial models to assess business opportunities, projects and investments
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes
• Providing insight and challenge to key stakeholders across the organisation
• Assisting with business cases, investment appraisals and commercial evaluations
• Analysing trends, risks and opportunities to support senior management decision-making
• Supporting corporate projects, acquisitions and strategic initiatives where applicable
• Preparing presentations and analysis for senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, processes and controls
• Working closely with finance and operational teams to enhance business performance About You We are keen to hear from ambitious and analytically minded finance professionals who are looking to build a long-term career within a commercial environment. You will ideally possess:
• A professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA or equivalent), either recently qualified or nearing qualification
• Experience gained within Audit, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Financial Modelling, Deals Advisory or a related professional services environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent Excel and financial modelling capabilities
• A commercial mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate financial information effectively
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of projects
