HR Advisor Hybrid working (4 days onsite 1 from home) Competitive salary + benefits

Loom Talent are currently partnering with a fast-paced blue-collar organisation with sites across the East Midlands. This role will sit as part of a close knit team supporting a busy business units. What you will be doing

• Provide practical, sound HR advice and coach line managers on best practise.
• Management of a busy ER caseload, partnering closely with key stakeholders
• Support the full employee lifecycle, contributing to day to day HR activities, projects and initiatives that support both the business and colleagues.
• Be proactive and ensure policies and procedures are up to date and fit for purpose

What they are looking for

• Previous experience operating at HR Advisor level with a focus on employee relations.
• Ability to commute to Leicester and comfortable being onsite at least 4 days a week
• Experience working in a busy, fast paced blue-collar organisation
• CIPD qualified preferred
