General Event Crew

Role Overview We are seeking reliable and hardworking experienced Crew Members to join our dynamic team in London. You will be responsible for the physical setup (installation) and breakdown (de-rig) of technical equipment for a wide range of live events, including conferences, exhibitions, music concerts / festivals and corporate functions. This is a hands-on role that requires physical fitness, a can-do attitude, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload event equipment, including lighting, audio, video equipment, staging and furniture
• Assist with the installation and setup of equipment according to technical plans and instructions from senior technicians / project mangers.
• Safely de-rig and pack down all equipment post-event, ensuring it is loaded correctly.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet tight event deadlines, maintaining a high standard of health and safety at all times.
• Perform basic equipment checks and report any faults or damages to the crew chief or warehouse manager.
• Maintain exceptional punctuality, time and diary management. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Previous experience in a similar role within the events, production, or entertainment industry (Candidates with no experience but with the right attitude will be considered).
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment.
• A strong understanding of on-site health and safety protocols.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Based in or able to easily commute to various locations across London. Nice-to-Have
• Specific experience with audio, lighting, or video equipment.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Relevant health and safety certifications (e.g., Manual Handling, Counterbalance).
