BroadenJunior Account Manager | High-growth SaaS | London (Hybrid) | £35-45K + bonus About our Client Our client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS data platform company based in London that is transforming how enterprise businesses, financial institutions, and analytics teams harness complex data assets. Their cloud-native platform is a strong contender for market-leader in their space. Operating in a high-growth scale-up environment, they champion absolute autonomy, genuine ownership, and operational agility. If a candidate thrives in a rapid-iteration, customer-obsessed culture where they are trusted to own client relationships, uncover expansion opportunities, and drive enterprise value every single day, they will find a massive opportunity here. About the Role As an Account Manager, you will be the commercial growth engine and primary relationship manager for a dedicated portfolio of existing enterprise clients. This is a consultative upsell role, and we need genuinely curious individuals. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Accounts, this is a high-impact commercial role focused on driving net revenue retention, expanding platform adoption, and protecting recurring revenue across key accounts. We want a strong personality paired with proactive intelligence for this role - we don't need you to have 10 years experience, but we need a drive to learn and grow. This is a proactive, hands-on commercial position where you'll be judged on output and intent rather than box ticking. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with Customer Success, Product, and Solutions Engineering teams, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior business, data, and technology stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Own, retain, and grow net revenue across an assigned portfolio of enterprise SaaS and data platform accounts.
- Identify, negotiate, and close upsell, cross-sell, and platform expansion opportunities to consistently achieve quarterly commercial targets.
- Build multi-threaded, executive-level relationships across client data, technology, commercial, and procurement functions.
- Meet with clients at national and international events, promoting the company well
- Translate client expansion requirements and feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering to inform platform roadmap priorities. Skills & Competencies
- A natural or learned affinity for technology and software - a good STEM degree counts for a lot
- Analytical mindset in understanding the importance of data to drive decisions and reporting
- Strategic in achieving a defined result or objective (which may take time to prove or demonstrate)
- A confident communicator – both in-person and in-writing - and someone who enjoys public speaking and meeting clients in real life.
- Actively seeks and welcomes feedback, not scared of making mistakes
- Naturally proactive and self-managing; good at working to deadlines
- Willing to get involved in the real detail to make sure a project is perfectly delivered
