We're looking for an experienced, commercially focused Branch Manager to lead our London Infrastructure Service Branch in Orpington. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a strategically important operation that delivers maintenance, repair and 24-hour callout services for lifts, escalators, moving walkways and lifting equipment across London's infrastructure network. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the branch, leading a team of dedicated professionals while ensuring the highest standards of safety, customer service and operational performance. • Lead the branch to deliver safe, high-quality service and maintenance for lifts, escalators and lifting equipment.
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are always met and promoted across all branch activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering excellent levels of customer service.

• NVQ Level 3 in Management (or equivalent qualification).
• Experience managing lift and/or escalator service operations.
• Proven leadership experience, including leading managers and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
• A strong commitment to safety, customer service and delivering on promises in line with Stannah's values.
