Installation, Training and Contract Manager

Remote (UK) | Salary: Up to £45,000 p.a EcoBunker, the global leader in engineered golf bunker solutions, is looking for an experienced Installation, Training & Contract Manager to support our continued growth across the UK and internationally. This hands-on role combines project management, contractor training, quality assurance, site supervision, and client support, ensuring every Ecobunker installation meets our industry-leading standards. We're looking for someone with:

• Construction, landscaping, sports turf or groundworks experience
• Strong project and contractor management skills
• The ability to train and lead teams on-site
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel Location: Remote UK-based role. Regular attendance at our Pontyclun, South Wales head office will be required during onboarding. Wales-based candidates are preferred but not essential. What we offer:
