Founding Brand Design Lead

Lead Brand Designer 2 positions available: 1x Freelance, 1x Full-Time Our client is a fast-growing, design-led health company building a premium consumer brand across health, performance and longevity. They're looking for an exceptional Lead Brand Designer to join at an exciting stage of growth, with significant scope to shape the brand and its creative direction. The role You'll help define and bring the brand to life across every customer touchpoint. You'll have significant creative ownership and work closely with the founders and wider marketing team. You'll work across:

• Brand and visual identity
• Social and content
• Campaigns and advertising
• Websites and landing pages
• Email and CRM
• Art direction for shoots and video
• Motion and digital experiences
• New creative formats and brand applications About you
• Exceptional taste and a portfolio to prove it
• Strong graphic and visual design skills
• Comfortable with art direction across photography and video
• Able to move from creative direction to pixel-perfect execution
• Fast, highly independent and comfortable in an early-stage environment
