Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from databases.
• Use Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for business stakeholders.
• Define and track KPIs and business performance metrics.
• Perform data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with business, IT, BI, and data engineering teams.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Automate repetitive reporting and data-processing tasks where possible.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation for datasets, reports, dashboards, and analytical processes. Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
• Knowledge of basic statistics and data interpretation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
