Why Join us EPG is growing quickly. More clients are coming to us for independent waterproofing design, and the projects keep getting bigger and more interesting. That growth means real opportunity: the people who join now will help decide how we work, how we train the next generation of designers, and how we grow our place in a specialism that is still taking shape in the UK. We're looking for people who take pride in getting the detail right, who want to own their work, and who want to make a lasting mark on the industry, not just keep up with it.
