Corporate Associate

This is a rare opportunity for a Corporate Associate to move into an international practice where the quality of the work is exceptional, the client base is international and the cross border transactions are sophisticated and complex. The team sits at the very top end of the London corporate market and ranked Tier 1 by Legal 500 for M&A. It is also highly ranked across private equity, venture capital and equity capital markets, so Associates get exposure to a broad diet of work rather than being boxed into one narrow area. The work is predominantly high quality cross border M&A for major corporates, investors, financial services and international businesses. The team regularly runs transactions involving multiple jurisdictions across Europe, the Middle East and North America, and recent deal flow has been particularly strong in technology and other growth sectors. You get to keep the calibre of work, the international elements, the complexity and the quality of the partners around you but what changes is the day to day experience. • 1 to 3 years PQE
• England & Wales qualified Solicitor working as a Corporate Associate in a top international/Magic Circle/US law firm.
• Two year training contract completed in London
• Currently working in a comparable elite or top tier corporate team in London
• M&A experience
