Commercial & Property Litigation Solicitor Location: London Level: NQ-5 PQE We're working with a well-established law firm looking to appoint a Commercial & Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing disputes team. This is a great opportunity for a solicitor with experience across commercial disputes and property litigation, who wants to work on a varied caseload and have genuine responsibility for their matters and clients. The Role You'll advise a broad range of businesses, property owners, landlords, tenants and individuals on a variety of contentious matters, including: Commercial contract disputes Breach of contract and contractual claims Landlord and tenant disputes Lease disputes and breaches of lease Property-related disputes Possession and injunction proceedings Boundary and easement disputes Property development disputes Shareholder and director disputes Professional negligence and other commercial claims You'll have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, work closely with senior lawyers and build strong, long-term client relationships. About You We're looking for a qualified solicitor with experience in commercial litigation, property litigation or a combination of both. You'll ideally have: Experience handling contentious matters from instruction through to resolution Strong drafting and negotiation skills Excellent client-care and communication skills The ability to manage your own caseload and deadlines A commercial and practical approach to legal problems Confidence dealing directly with clients and other professionals Property litigation experience would be particularly advantageous, but candidates coming from a strong commercial disputes background with relevant property experience will also be considered.
