This is a hands-on opportunity to establish a test automation function, work across legacy and modern platforms, and bring greater consistency to engineering and security practices. 👇 What you'll do: ➡️Develop and implement a test automation strategy ➡️Build automation capability to improve delivery speed and reliability ➡️Embed security into application development and address vulnerabilities ➡️Unify engineering and security frameworks across business divisions ➡️Support platform modernisation and decommissioning 👀 What we're looking for: ✅ Financial services experience is essential ✅ A strong hands-on engineering/ DevSecOps background ✅ Deep test automation expertise, including building automation functions ✅ Strong knowledge of software engineering and secure development practices ✅ Experience across complex, regulated environments ✅ Understanding of data management and exposure to AI and emerging technologies This is a hybrid position, based in London, 3 days a week in the office.
