Azure Cloud Platform Lead

Job Responsibilities

• You will act as the firm's senior technical specialist and provide expert technical leadership across some of our most critical technology services.
• Reporting to the Infrastructure & Cyber Security Manager, you'll combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic thinking to shape our platforms, manage risk and ensure our infrastructure continues to meet the evolving needs of the firm.
• You'll cover Platform Engineering Operations, Cloud Infrastructure, Secure Networking, Cyber Security, Performance, Capacity & Resilience Management, Technical strategy and Team Leadership. Skills Required
• Hands-on technical experience in a senior cloud role within a professional services environment.
• Team leadership experience managing a small team of engineers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience assisting with infrastructure and security strategy, design work and knowledge of architecture principles.
• A solid understanding of the following; MS Azure, Zero Trust Networks, SASE frameworks, SD-WAN, Segmentation, Firewalls, M365 suite, Cyber/Endpoint security and Storage solutions. This role offers hybrid working.
