We are looking for an experienced Oracle Deployment Program Manager for an exciting contract opportunity. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP / Oracle Cloud deployment programs from planning through go-live and stabilization
- Manage release, change, and deployment readiness across Dev, Testing, UAT, and Production environments
- Coordinate business, Oracle functional, technical, infrastructure, security, and support teams
- Drive deployment governance, project schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting
- Lead cutover planning, data migration, validation, rehearsals, and go-live readiness
- Manage hypercare and post-production support to ensure smooth transition to operations
- Oversee SLA governance, service management, resource/capacity planning, and vendor coordination
- Drive DevOps, automation, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement
