Technical Delivery Team Manager

Role Description The Technical Delivery Team Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating technical delivery teams to ensure successful execution of software and IT projects. This role oversees project planning, monitors progress, manages risks and dependencies, and aligns delivery activities with program and business objectives. The manager collaborates with stakeholders in the Brussels Region, Belgium, to prioritize work, allocate resources, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance. This is a hybrid role based in the Brussels Region, Belgium, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. The position is full-time and involves regular reporting on project status, mentoring team members, and continuously improving delivery processes and methodologies. Qualifications

• Strong Program Management and Project Management skills, with experience coordinating multiple initiatives and managing complex stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency in Project Planning, including roadmap development, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery tracking.
• Demonstrated Team Management capabilities, including leading multidisciplinary technical teams, coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Solid understanding of Software Development processes, methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum), and lifecycle management to effectively guide technical delivery.
• Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across cultures and functions in a global environment.
• Experience in hybrid work settings, with strong organizational skills and self-management to balance on-site and remote work.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Prior experience managing technical delivery teams in IT services or consulting environments is highly beneficial.
