Senior Engineer

Senior Engineer Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 + benefits / Dayrate: £380 - £400 per day We're currently working with a Reinforced Concrete Subcontractor delivering major projects across London. They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to join the team on a 48 storey student accommodation development in Canary Wharf. The project is a significant addition to the London skyline and is already well underway, with a substantial amount of the build still to be delivered. This is a longterm opportunity, with the requirement expected to run through to atleast August 2027, with projects secured beyond. The Role This is an oversight and coordination focused role, rather than a position centred around setting out. There are already 3 setting out engineers onsite that you will manage. Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the engineering team and activities onsite.
• Providing technical guidance and support where required.
• Coordinating with site management and the wider project team.
• Reviewing and monitoring engineering information and construction works.
• CAD / quality works Requirements
• Proven experience as a Senior Engineer on big construction projects.
• RC Frame / Concrete experience is highly advantageous
• Strong technical understanding of construction.
• Relevant engineering/construction qualifications are desirable.
• Commutable to Canary Wharf
