Senior Java LOW - Latency Developer

A leading financial technology environment is looking for a Senior Java Low-Latency Developer to join a 12-month contract in London, working hybrid three days a week. You'll be part of a global engineering function delivering technology where performance, resilience and reliability are critical. The role focuses on building and enhancing high-performance trading, exchange connectivity and Direct Market Access platforms. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, QA and Production Support teams, helping turn requirements into robust, scalable solutions while driving continuous performance improvement. Key Skills

• Mechanical sympathy and performance profiling
• Microservices and distributed systems
