We're looking for an experienced HR professional to join our Sheetfeeding Windrush Team in a broad, visible, and impactful role. This role is available on a part-time basis of 24-30 hours per week, with flexibility around how these hours are worked across the week. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping shape culture, build capability, and deliver practical people solutions that support business success. No two days are the same. You'll lead and support a wide range of people initiatives, including:

• Organisational and workforce planning
• Employee relations and case management
• Leadership development, coaching, and support
• Talent and succession planning, including recruitment cycle
• Change management
