As employee 4 at Tekton Dynamics, you will build the intelligence layer for industrial robotics. You will work across the entire stack, from training perception models to physically installing vision sensors on robot cells. • Design and construct core systems fusing software, hardware, and edge networks to create intelligent control for industrial robots.
• Train computer vision pipelines and optimize motion planning stacks to handle variable welding scenarios in production environments.
• Calibrate vision sensors and integrate robotic cells hands-on in the London industrial lab and at customer manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate
• 3+ years of experience as a software generalist in highly technical startup environments with a proven "T-shaped" engineering skill set.
• Evidence of raw intelligence through top-tier academic results, publications, or a track record of taking products from zero-to-one.
