Lighthouse Lodge Care Home is a modern, purpose built 80 bed care home in New Brighton, Merseyside, delivering high quality residential, nursing, dementia and respite care within a warm, supportive and person centred environment. Host Contract

• £12.71 per hour
• Contracted to 40 hours per week
• Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) Role Overview As Host, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming and well organised dining experience. This is a front facing role where your attention to detail and friendly approach will help ensure every mealtime feels enjoyable, relaxed and well managed. You will oversee the day to day presentation and smooth running of dining areas, supporting residents and visitors while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and service. From preparing the dining environment to serving refreshments and supporting mealtimes, your role will contribute directly to comfort, routine and overall wellbeing. Working closely with the kitchen and care teams, you will help create a positive and inclusive environment where individuals feel valued and supported. The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends. What We Are Looking For
