Learning and Development Business Partner Newent £41,511 Were looking for a Learning and Development Business Partner to work with us to create learning experiences that are engaging, inclusive, accessible and aligned with our values. Youll partner with our teams and managers to understand development needs, creating learning initiatives that support individual growth and organisational priorities. Youll lead the design and delivery of high-quality learning programmes and create a clear Learning Strategy to build capability, performance and behaviours. Youll partner with leaders to drive leadership development, organisational change and talent planning. Youll deliver a mix of workshops, coaching and mentoring, as well as contributing to key programmes such as onboarding, apprenticeships, and Organisational Development initiatives.
