DevOps Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role

• Continuously improve the resiliency and security of systems powering a leading e-commerce platform.
• Build tooling and infrastructure to enhance operational excellence for software engineering teams.
• Own and operate infrastructure across production, staging, and pre-production cloud environments.
• Drive security and compliance initiatives, including risk remediation and patching.
• Execute infrastructure cost optimization strategies.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Participate in on-call rotations for incident response and resolution.
• Contribute to platform reliability through multi-AZ resilience, monitoring, and alerting. What You'll Need
• Professional software development experience.
• Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals (networking, storage, operating systems).
• Experience programming in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust).
• Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems for reliability and scaling.
• Experience automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience utilizing cloud solutions in a DevOps environment. What's On Offer
