Workshop Assistant

• Play a key role in our workshop, assembling and dispatching glasses to customers
• Undertake ad-hoc duties across all areas of the workshop during operational periods
• Utilise provided tools and resources to contribute effectively to daily operations
• Handle and organise incoming deliveries, and prepare final products for distribution to showrooms and customers
• Support the Customer Support team with internal and external communications across customer and showroom touchpoints
• Work efficiently and methodically to ensure orders are fulfilled and dispatched on time Join Our Team Because
• Prior experience within production, manufacturing, or retail is preferred
• Ability to contribute effectively to a team environment while working comfortably and independently
• A motivated, focused mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational capabilities and effective time management
