Civil Litigation Solicitor - Richardson Hartley Law, Manchester Richardson Hartley Law is growing, and we're looking for a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join our Manchester team. We act for individuals and businesses in investment fraud recovery, fraud reimbursement, financial mis-selling and commercial litigation. The role Running your own caseload of civil and commercial disputes from instruction to resolution Pursuing claims against financial firms, platforms and fraudsters, including pre-action and High Court proceedings Drafting pleadings, instructing counsel and managing disclosure and evidence Working closely with our investigations and client teams on complex, multi-party matters About you Qualified solicitor with 3 years' PQE in civil or commercial litigation Experience in financial services, fraud or banking disputes is a strong advantage Confident managing a busy caseload and dealing directly with clients Commercially minded, organised and comfortable with technology-led case management What we offer Salary: £50k to £60k DOE (Hybrid working) Genuine scope to shape a growing practice and take on high-profile group work Apply to martin.richardson@rhlaw.co.uk
