Internal Sales

We are an independently owned electrical wholesaler based near Coventry city centre and are looking to recruit an Internal / External Sales person. We are looking for someone who is confident in face to face sales and over the phone. They must also have experience in the Electrical Wholesale market with good product knowledge. Responsibilities:

• Speaking to customers over the phone and face to face, supplying quotations and processing sales orders
• Managing existing customer accounts and sourcing new customers through effective relationship building and implementation of proactive sales strategy, or call plan. 
• Planning and executing productive external sales visits to new and existing customers
• Working as part of a team
• Managing own workload, being organised and ensuring completion of own daily tasks: Serve walk-in customers on the trade counter, efficiently processing orders, retrieving stock, and offering technical product advice.
• Serving on trade counter Skills / Experience:
• Electrical Wholesale experience
• Strong sales profile
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good telephone manner
• Confident in cold calling approaching new business
• Driving Licence
