General Manager – Ultra-Luxury Reports To: Managing Director Business: Startup B2b Marketplace Compensation Structure: Base + Bonus As the General Manager, you will serve as the operational and commercial co-architect of this high-growth startup, leading growth and operations of digital tech, ultra-high net worth (UHNW) client engagement, and high-value asset trading (fine watches, rare jewelry, fine art, supercars), you will build our regional operations from the ground up. Requirements Early-Stage P&L & Regional Scaling - startup 0-1 experience. High-Touch Client Growth & Demand Generation - VIP Concierge Operations and building UHNW communities across Family offices and private banking. Supply Acquisition & Ecosystem Building - B2B & Merchant Onboarding: Pitch and secure anchor inventory from top-tier luxury dealers, boutique watchmakers, secondary market aggregators, and private vaults, Consignment & Collector Sourcing and Trust & Authentication Infrastructure: Establish local partnerships with certified authenticators, secure escrow facilities, and specialized high-security logistics providers. 7+ years of total experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership or entrepreneurial role within an ultra-luxury platform, high-end auction house or startup working on Luxury. Demonstrated capability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment, transitioning effortlessly between macro strategy and hands-on execution. Deep familiarity with ultra-luxury asset classes (haute horology and secondary market mechanics. Active, high-trust connections with luxury dealers, collectors, authenticators, and UHNW service providers across the region. Strong grasp of digital marketplace dynamics (supply liquidity, take-rates, GMV growth) combined with a deep respect for high-touch, discrete customer service.
