Catering Assistant

Location: Westminster, London

Pay Rate: From £14.80 per hour (depending on experience)

Registration: Face-to-face registration required

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation and service.
• Serving customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintaining exceptional food hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Always Following Food Safety and Allergen procedures.
• Setting up and clearing dining and service areas.
• Supporting kitchen and front-of-house teams as required.
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed.
• Proactively supporting colleagues and helping wherever needed.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous catering, hospitality, or food service experience.
• Possess a positive "can-do" attitude.
• Be proactive and always willing to ask, "How can I help?"
• Be willing to learn and develop new skills.
• Take initiative rather than waiting for tasks to be assigned.

• Be flexible and willing to travel between different client locations when required.

Food Safety & Allergens

Food Safety and Allergen awareness are essential requirements for this role. Training and certification can be provided by Reed where necessary.
