PMO Lead Consultant - Hybrid - Liverpool Responsibilities
- Lead PMO support across projects and workstreams.
- Manage governance, reporting, risks, issues, dependencies, and actions.
- Oversee change control, impact assessments, approvals, and implementation plans.
- Maintain project methods, tools, standards, and documentation.
- Track budgets, costs, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Support programme reviews, audits, and continuous improvement.
- Work with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure effective governance and control.
