Construction Project Manager

A leading construction and property consultancy is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join its established Glasgow team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of high-quality developments across the commercial property sector, delivering projects from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years' project management experience within the construction industry and a proven track record of delivering complex building projects. Responsibilities

• Managing projects through all stages of the project lifecycle
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
• Coordinating design teams, consultants, and contractors
• Managing project programmes, risks, budgets, and reporting
• Monitoring project delivery against cost, quality, and programme objectives
• Leading client meetings and ensuring successful project outcomes
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships Requirements
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a Project Management role within construction or consultancy
• Experience delivering high-quality built environment projects such as: Commercial Offices, Student Accommodation, Higher Education / University Projects, Retail Developments, Data Centres
• Strong understanding of project delivery and construction processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline
• Working towards or holding a professional qualification such as APM, MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent is advantageous What's on Offer?
