We are preparing for commercial launch and are recruiting our core team to help build and scale the business. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 We're seeking a hands-on Technical Lead / Senior Full-Stack Engineer to take ownership of our production technology platform, engineering delivery, security and reliability. You'll work directly with the founder and lead the technical development of a growing fintech platform. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨

• Own production architecture, backend services and web/mobile engineering.
• Manage AWS infrastructure, CI/CD and production deployments.
• Develop secure, reliable APIs and financial-provider integrations.
• Maintain application security, monitoring and incident-response processes.
• Lead engineering standards, testing and release management.
• Coordinate external security assessments and remediation. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫
• Strong full-stack engineering experience with proven production ownership.
• Expertise in backend development, APIs, databases and modern frontend technologies.
• Practical AWS, CI/CD and cloud-security experience.
• Experience building reliable, scalable systems.
