  • Promote inclusive hiring practices and support diversity-focused recruitment initiatives.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, hiring activity and headcount reporting.
  • Ensure all recruitment activity complies with internal governance, approval processes and budgets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with preferred suppliers where agency support is required.
  • Contribute to recruitment projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of best-practice recruitment methodologies.
  • Partner with colleagues across international offices to ensure consistency and alignment of recruitment processes.
  • Leverage recruitment data and insights to drive operational improvements and hiring effectiveness. To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
  • Significant recruitment experience gained within a legal or professional services environment.
  • A strong track record of managing fee-earner recruitment across multiple practice areas.
  • Extensive direct sourcing and talent mapping experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the London legal market, with wider international recruitment exposure being advantageous.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leaders with confidence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using recruitment metrics and data to inform decision-making and hiring strategies.
  • A degree-level education or equivalent experience. Why Apply?
  • Join a highly respected international law firm with a strong global presence.
  • Work closely with senior Partners and business leaders.
