You'll play a key role in coordinating our multi-skilled engineers and supply chain partners, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently and our customers receive an excellent service every day. 🚀 🔑 What You'll Be Doing

• 📅 Managing engineer diaries to maximise productivity and efficiency
• 📊 Producing performance reports and monitoring key targets
• 📉 Managing work-in-progress levels and ensuring jobs are completed on time
• 📞 Liaising with customers, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• 🛠️ Supporting supervisors and operational teams with effective scheduling
• 💡 Identifying opportunities to improve planning processes and service delivery
• 📧 Handling customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
• ⚠️ Ensuring all scheduling activities comply with health & safety requirements 🧠 What You'll Bring
• ✅ Strong Excel and IT skills
• ✅ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• ✅ Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure
• ✅ A customer-focused approach with strong commercial awareness
• ✅ Experience managing diaries, scheduling, and producing reports
• ✅ Previous planning or scheduling experience is desirable
