About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and streaming technologies such as Kafka. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in backend application development using Java, with a focus on Java 17+.
• Proven expertise in building ultra-low-latency systems capable of processing millions of events or transactions daily.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, and event streaming solutions.
• Knowledge of Change Data Capture (CDC) technologies such as Debezium.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in performance engineering, JVM tuning, and concurrency optimization.
• Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable, low-latency, fault-tolerant backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and optimize real-time data processing solutions for high-volume transactional systems, ensuring minimal latency and high throughput.

• Design distributed systems capable of handling high data throughput while maintaining system resilience and fault tolerance.
