Manager Product Development

Your new role

• Support the development and enhancement of life, savings, and wealth accumulation products to meet evolving customer and market needs
• Drive product initiatives from concept development through to implementation and market launch
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify business opportunities and product improvements
• Partner with distribution, marketing, operations, and support teams to develop customer-focused product propositions
• Support the design of product features, customer value propositions, and sales strategies across multiple channels
• Coordinate end-to-end product implementation and ensure successful launch execution
• Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements to improve market competitiveness and customer experience
• Prepare business cases, product proposals, and management presentations to support product initiatives
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure product solutions align with regulatory and business requirements
• Support promotional campaigns, sales initiatives, and product positioning strategies
• Participate in strategic projects supporting business growth, customer acquisition, and retention
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen product management processes and operational effectiveness What you'll need to succeed
• Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• 4 Years of Experience in Life Insurance product development, proposition management, product marketing, distribution channel proposition, business development, or related functions
• Strong understanding of life insurance, savings, wealth accumulation, or protection products
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and delivering business initiatives from concept to implementation
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
• Proactive, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
