AI Solution Engineer

Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) Hong Kong Our client is building an AI team within the CEO Office and is looking for a business-minded AI builder who can identify opportunities, deploy AI solutions, and drive adoption across the organisation. This is not a pure engineering, data science, or research role. We're looking for someone who enjoys sitting with business stakeholders, understanding operational challenges, designing practical AI solutions, and taking them from concept through to production. What You'll Do

• Partner with business teams to identify high-impact AI use cases
• Design and deploy AI agents, copilots and workflow automation solutions
• Build and iterate AI-powered products using LLMs, RAG and agentic workflows
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Drive adoption, measure outcomes and continuously improve deployed solutions
• Present recommendations and solutions to senior stakeholders Interested In Candidates Who Have Experience With
